After our hard work, making our products and selling them, we made a total of around $160! According to Anjali House, this amount of money can support a child and provide them with the necessary materials for school (eg. uniforms, stationery, hygiene materials) for a year, with an addition of two months of teaching supplies. Even though COVID-19 has stopped us from travelling overseas and visiting orphanages and charities, I’m glad that I can help in anyway possible. I hope that soon we can cross borders again so I can help those struggling.

I am very grateful that I had the chance to help other kids in need in achieving their dreams. Not only do I get to do something I love (going to the markets), but I get to give back. Knowing that I get to improve others’ lives makes my life feel meaningful. I hope we can get back to helping overseas without coronavirus.
